It’s all about vampire hunting versus man hunting in the series.
Akira’s brother, Atsushi, was found missing for 2 years. And recently a mysterious woman appeared and told him that she can bring him to Higanjima (an island’s name) where she saw Atsushi. But she also asked that he should brings a few more friends there… [Mangaupdates]
I think I’m going to like this Manga! 😀
I had the chance to read through the first chapter, and I’m really craving more. Being that it’s one of my favorite genres:horror, everything elsefantasy, mature and seinenare just an added bonus.
The way Chapter 1 started off had my eyes all O.O because it’s dark, mysterious and then plenty of action off the back! A man is being chased and he runs into a house thinking that he is safe for the momenty. The next thing you see are two fingers poking through the panels of the door and an eye appears! How exciting is that?! LOL
The man is attacked and the attacker is a vampire [So exciting! 😀 ]. He is saved by another man Atsuhi who bashes the vampire head in. He told the guy that this is how you imobolized them. Relived he was saved, the man suddenly realized he was stabbed with his own weapon. Laying there bleeding, he started to tell Atsuhi how wonderful his blood smelled. Atsuhi replied that he got contaminated by the vampire’s blood. Atsuhi kills him.
Back in his hometown, Atsuhi brother Akira is wondering where his brother is at. As the story goes, Atsuhi met a woman and told his family that he proposed to her and two years prior, he had disappear without any word from him since. Akira heard his mother crying saying why was it that Atsuhi had to be the one to disappear. O.O What a thing to say! At the closing of chapter one, Akira meets a woman who was bitten and she stated that she was glad she finally found him.
This has the making of a good horror movie.
